Engagements

Any actual working relationship — including scope, pricing, timelines, staffing, and data handling — is defined in a separate written agreement signed by both parties, following a discovery call and proposal. Nothing on this website overrides the terms of that agreement.

Intellectual property

The Hiwozen name, logo, and site content belong to Hiwozen and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

Hiwozen is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of general information published on this website. Specific commitments are only binding once set out in a signed agreement.
